Louis Lemaire-Sicre is a photojournalist interested in linking history, politics and current events to broader societal movements.  His practice is motivated by a desire of uncovering underreported stories and bringing them to a broader audience. Currently, his work evolves in the world of former Soviet satellite states, a grey zone in which the conflicts of the past often contradict the necessities of the future.
